[aisle] Manga Club/Event

A few years ago we had a manga/anime club at our middle school and it was
REALLY popular.  Although there was an adult sponsor, the students planned
all the events.  They had dress up days, they watched videos and had
drawing days.  They really enjoyed themselves!
