[aisle] Ordering Books

I can't recommend Permabound highly enough.  I use them for everything I
possibly can, and that's most of my ordering.  their website has improved
dramatically in the past few years and their prices, bindings and customer
service are all great.  I also like dealing with an Illinois company.
