[aisle] Water damage insurance claim

We had a fire a number of years ago. Huge revelation. You get a rate based
on the replacement value of the stuff you had. You don't have to buy the
same crap that was there. (You can. But you can also get new cool
stuff....although the business manager gets twitchy when you order items
that are "not yet published.")
