[aisle] class sets for teachers

We are currently doing The Outsiders and have shared in 2 chapter
increments, a pdf version.  The students are receiving them on the ipad,
and either opening and reading it there, or copying it to Books.  We have
gotten permission to do it that way.  I've looked to purchase a copy and
Sora is looking into it for us, but I believe it will be about $4.50 per
student to 'rent.' So, I think free pdf is a better way to go.
