Yes, it does.
It sounds like you are doing the work of the librarian and a technology
department!
Are you able to track the hours worked in each type of job so you have data
to show them in regard to what is taking time to do in each area?
Setting up the different platforms and meeting with people in the evening
sounds like a lot!

I would at least start with hourly compensation for hours worked on
technology platform training and troubleshooting that happens outside the
school day.
And then I would only work on your library job expectations as much as
possible during the day so that you can properly clock hours.

But honestly, it sounds like they are benefiting from one person doing the
work of two, and more than what is usual for those in our line of work!
