[aisle] Quarantining books

The link below is to an article addressing recommended guidelines for
quarantining books from different organizations:  ALA, the Northeast
Document conservation Center and the Institute of Museum and Library
Services.  Links are provided within the article to the guidelines.   My
local public library near my residence quarantines their books for 3 days.
