[aisle] Movie streaming during remote learning

We started using this during the initial period of remote learning and we
have resigned for the coming year. They have good service and are very
responsive. We have had some trouble with trying to stream during
synchronous session such as a Zoom meeting, but if students watch
individually it works well.
