[aisle] virtual / in person simultaneous teaching tools

We have both in-person and remote learners K-12. We are actively using
google classroom for all assignments and communications 4-12 and seesaw
k-3. We use google meet to record and live stream sessions. Students under
13 need parent permission to attend live sessions. (It was a digital form)
Our staff has done several things to make this transition easier for staff
and students, live google doc communications, jamboards, shared slides with
voice notes from the mote extension, etc. It is always up to a teacher's
discretion if they choose to record a live lesson with in-person students
and we have adjusted our acceptable use policy to restrict the use of
recorded sessions to learning only and not allowed to post outside on
social media outlets. Some of our teachers have virtual classrooms created
via google slides as well. It has been a rollercoaster!
