  1.  We use it with Microsoft and have it synced through Clever.
  2.  It's an app extension that we have downloaded on their school device and we only monitor their activity on the school devices Monday-Friday during school hours. Your IT Admin can set up the permissions for this for the whole district. Teachers can also set up session times so they will only monitor their 1st period during 1st period.
  3.  Students are synced with their emails and depending on how your IT set it up will determine how new students are added. I synced our district with Clever instead of uploading a CSV file with all the students' emails. Clever updates the rosters and adds new student automatically. But if your IT staff linked through a CSV then those new students will have to be added manual by a Super User.

Dear All,
We just added this to our chromebooks yesterday, and I need some quick answers:
1.  Does it only work on Chromebooks?
2.  Could a student log in under two accounts--person and school and still be able to get to websites we don't want them to use?
3.  We have this issue:  All our new students aren't syncing from Google Classroom.  Instead of their name their emails shows up and no monitoring possible is the message we are getting.  Any suggestions on how to correct this?
