We don’t have those headsets, but we do have headsets that are powered by android phones. We have a good number and the phones have no sim card and have a log in that the district provided. They are used with a router and a tablet for a closed network. I use google expeditions with them and have been working on teaching the teachers. I want to get it to where they can checkout the kits.

Students have headsets at their tables and they need to leave them open so I can see the phone is still in the headset when they line up to leave.

They are great in terms of variety of things we can do with them and they really help bring things alive. I love taking students on tours of cells or going to different places. I also appreciate there is no strap to worry about lice with.

Does anyone have any experience using and housing VR headsets? We are thinking of applying for a grant to get the following model. However, I wasn’t sure about their durability? How have you implemented them in the classroom?
