[aisle] 5 Essentials Survey Questions

Thank you for sharing your 5 Essentials Survey process!

We are a high school of approx. 2600 students. This is the first year the
LRC was asked to organize the survey. I meet all our Freshmen Seminar and
Guided Studies students in classrooms with a ChromeBook cart. It was a
major task!!

I appreciate everyone responding to this thread and now some great
suggestions to bring to my principal for tackling this task next year!
