[aisle] students that graduate with overdue books

There is a policy at our school that students' caps & gowns are withheld if
they have outstanding overdue books. If the books are still not returned
then I mark them LOST on our system and replace with exact book IF the book
was popular enough.  Otherwise, I'll choose a new title.
