[aisle] Lincoln List?

The Monarch, Bluestem, and Lincoln committees are all in the process of
contacting the nominee authors/illustrators.  Once all three groups have
contacted all nominees, the lists will be published.   Most years it is
mid-March before the lists are shared (partly to keep from causing
confusion between the voting list and the new list).

Sorry, but  we don't have a specific date yet.
