[aisle] PE Designs

I haven't heard much, other than any reservations made from November
forward have been lost due to a server error.  I am reluctant to use
them and am looking into new Facility Schedulers. If anyone has one they
really like, I'd appreciate hearing about it. Perhaps that would be good
information to share with the group, I imagine many are in the same
boat.

I see the PE design scheduler is back up. Has anyone actually HEARD
from them?  We spent days making a backup and contacting teachers to try
and put humpty dumpty back together again. I’m not sure I want to
continue using them if they can’t explain what happened and how they
will prevent this sort of thing in the future.

Any updates?  I have tried calling and the mailbox is full.  I just
tried getting in, and it's not working...

The company that controls the server is down.  We haven't received any
contact back from them, but one of the creators works in district. 
Hopefully they can get it back up and the company backed up their server
so that nothing is lost.
