My junior team asked for something really fun and interesting today, but it's also making my brain hurt. Thought I'd reach out for ideas. :)

They would like: modern/contemporary novel ideas (for lit circles) that pair with early American lit. Specifically, the themes of Puritanism, Rationalism, and Romanticism.

Any books come to mind? Thanks!!!
