[aisle] Looking for a mystery book... Can you identify this book?

It kind of sounds like *Acceleration* by Graham McNamee (YA) only this is a
boy who finds a journal in the subway "lost and found" where he works and
thinks it is written by a killer. He then tries to track the killer.
