[aisle] How to structure checkout time?

We've had success with centers. They are not academic, just fun activities.
We limit the number of participants per activity to keep things calmer. So
far we have used puzzles, origami, coloring, Connect Four, Legos, create a
paper bag puppet, Jenga, and simple STEM activities.
