[aisle] Morning Announcements help

We have used Youtube Live Streaming with great success.  It hooks up to our
webcam, and we have the soundboard running as the input.  What's nice is
that they are all recorded and can easily be posted as links.  The one
drawback is that you need to set up a new stream every time you use it.
It's not hard, but just a few clicks.  You would also need to send that
link out daily.  These can be done in advance, so there could be a
spreadsheet that houses the links for the staff to click.

We found there is a 20-25 second delay from what is happening live to what
the rest of the school sees.
