I suggest *Dare to Lead* by Brene Brown. There are resources online on
the Daring
Classrooms website <https://brenebrown.com/daringclassrooms/> that connects
the text to teachers specifically. I am a huge fan of her work! It's not
about teaching content though. It's all about culture and leadership
skills.
