[aisle] Reopening plans

As of now, I believe our schools will be losing their media centers to
classroom use.  We currently do not have the official word on that yet, but
that is the current suggestion.  They haven't said what library staff will
be doing at this point, but we were told it is possible any staff could be
teaching a smaller class size to adhere to the guidelines of social
distancing.
