No.  Precisely because of the fact we are explicitly explaining in detail
the quarantine procedures that will keep students safe.  Our local public
libraries have returned to the business of lending materials and our
procedures are the same as the public libraries in the area.  Textbooks are
NOT being loaned.  There was no way to ensure the quarantine measures would
be followed in individual classrooms, but I can assure admin of the safety
in using library materials.  That ended the issue for us.  Good luck!!
