[aisle] Destiny Collection Report with Monetary Value

Thank you so much for the input.  Unfortunately I am precluded from
running that report until after 3pm each day, so I will have to wait and
see.  We do always add the monetary value when entering material copies in
Destiny, but I know that when we first started with Destiny (oh so many
moons ago) that the previous librarian did not always enter that
information.  At least something will be better than nothing.  Will update
later.
