[aisle] Next school year...from home?

These are all great ideas!!! Thanks so much. I might try to work out coming
in after hours or weekends and maybe having carts set up for teachers in
their rooms with the books already checked out to the kids who want them.
And the self-checkout is a great idea, too. I have a wonderful library
assistant who is worth her weight in gold and she will do whatever she can
to help me and help the students. She might even be willing to
FaceTime/Zoom me on the spot if a student has a question about a book or
needs to chat. I was feeling so down about this earlier, but now I think
this might actually be feasible. Certainly not ideal and definitely not as
good as having me there in person, but I think I can be at least somewhat
effective. Someone said to make tutorials on how to self-check out and
that's totally possible. I might even drive the books to the kids' houses
if they let me know what they need. Thanks so much for your ideas. I really
appreciate them. And you. :)

Stay Healthy,
Brooke Nelson
