[aisle] fire damage

I don't think there's much you can do about wet books because the
possibility of them getting moldy is too high and the pages never really
flatten back out. However, the kitty litter trick might work for the smoky
ones. I have a student who returns all his books wreaking like cigarette
smoke because every adult in his home smokes. I have a small Rubbermaid
container with new, unused-by-kitty litter - any brand for multiple cats
that had an odor blocker will do. I bury the book in the litter for a few
days, and that takes out the cigarette smell. She could try that.
