I use Google Sheets. Last year I created a set of sheets that mimics a
plan book and just shared it out to the staff so everyone can see it. The
initial set up took some time and a little trial and error, but once I got
it looking right and functioning well, the upkeep is super easy. I have a
sheet for each week. I've been able to color code the classes and other
events, and it's very easy to make changes.
