[aisle] Non-Cert/Coronavirus

Our hourly staff at Lake Forest High School is being told to work on
professional development, planning, and other administrative tasks and will
be paid as usual, except for our food staff, which we've been told is TBD.
We should lobby hard for them to be paid for e-days since the school
already has their pay budgeted for the year AND they can be helpful assets
as we gain our sea legs in this new learning environment.

Non-certified staff are valuable (and too often financially vulnerable)
members of our school communities and it's important that we do right by
them!
