[aisle] Interventions

Our school has SEL met during exploratory time, which is also when resource
study hall, rti, chorus, and band takes place. That means anyone who is in
those classes do not have SEL. How we are legally meeting the standard I
don't know.

Our intervention people do teach in their areas generally--or at least are
certified in the area.

Our ELA is a two period class and teachers can decide how to use those two
hours.
