[aisle] Ok to Read Aloud

One thing that has been super annoying for me is that there is no
comprehensive list about publisher temporary copyright and read aloud rules

I made this sheet searchable sheet about publisher guidelines. If you find
I need to add a publisher, shoot me an email!
