District 99 and Downers Grove North are seeking a dynamic librarian with
strong interpersonal, teaching, planning, technology, information literacy,
and readers’ advisory skills. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited
to contribute to a strong school and district library team.


1.0 FTE - Library/Media Specialist  - this is a leave of absence for the
2020-21 school with the possibility of a 1.0 library position for the 21-22
school year due to a retirement.


Candidates must have a current valid Illinois Professional Educator License
with Library Information Specialist and/or Media high school endorsement.
Masters Degree in Library Information Sciences preferred.
