[aisle] [External] hs library mission statements

Since our library is staffed by just me, with the aid of an assistant in
Wednesdays, I created our mission and vision statements myself in response
to our district's encouragement of such statements by various departments.
Before creating the statements, I read the mission and vision statements
of other school libraries, researched the characteristics of a quality
statement, and then listed for myself the many ways our specific library
serves our school and what exactly we do/offer.
Attached please find the results of this process.
:) Kathy.
