[aisle] [External] hs library mission statements

The people involved in creating our mission statement was our entire
library staff.  It was one of the first things we did last year, as we were
trying to make changes to the LRC for the school.  We wanted to know what
we believed in and where we wanted to go before making any changes.  It
took us about 30 minutes to get it how we liked it.

Here it is!

We strive to create a helpful safe space that fosters respect, lifelong
learning, and a passion for reading.
