[aisle] getting books back

I have been letting students know what they have out, and students have
been returning books to carts when they do drive up pick up or drop off of
supplies, but my plan is to only turn in fines if seniors have materials
out, and otherwise I am going to renew materials until next year. I don't
know when we will return, but I feel like turning in replacement fees is
going to be a huge mess, and lead to ill will. I did away with late fines
a couple of years ago.
