[aisle] Bluestem Bookshelf/Bitmoji

All, 
Can someone give me an answer of not being able to stream movies for students? I’m in a class right now but the tech director says that it is illegal and they block all streaming services for their district. I screen shot it from the swank motion movies, Inc.  I know I’m not appropriately citing but I’m texting from my cellphone. Can someone advise me ?
