[aisle] ebook subscriptions

Our school switched from Overdrive to Follett, and we have had Destiny as our online card catalog for a long time now.  The nice thing is that the kids can read or listen right from destiny discover without checking out and if it’s a chapter book they can get that taste of the book to decide if they want to check it out.
A lot of ebook publishers are making the books last only 12 months or they are timed for a preset number checkouts.  So any ebook platform  will have the same prices for the ebook because they are set by the publisher.

We use Capstone Interactive ebooks.  We love Capstone's PebbleGo and PebbleGoNext for research, as well.  The ebooks are easy to access, go right into Destiny's circulation and are very user-friendly when kids are looking up books to read.  You can easily create booklists for teachers, as well, to support curriculum based on the ebooks you've purchased.
