[aisle] Renewal license

I have just this month been working with several teachers in our district
who are facing renewal after retirement.  Your retirement date is actually
going to be less important than your license renewal date.  Did you renew
your license once after you retired?  If   so, you do not need any PD, but
you will need to pay ISBE to renew your license.  However, if you let your
license lapse (did not renew when your licensure cycle was up), it's going
to be much more difficult (and expensive) to reinstate your license.  Here
