[aisle] PDH for conference - READ CAREFULLY PLEASE

There appears to be a little confusion regarding PDH
<https://sites.google.com/aisled.org/bethespark/pdh-information>. Please
take note so you can get your PDH.

If you are attending a live session, the sign in link will be given to
you *DURING
THE SESSION*. The sign in link closes at the end of the session. The
evaluation for all live sessions is the same:
https://bit.ly/AISLE2020Eval. This
link will stay open until November 30.

If you are watching a recorded session, the links are different. Both sign
in and evaluation links for RECORDED SESSIONS will be available until
December 1. You can find those links at the bottom of this page
<https://sites.google.com/aisled.org/bethespark/pdh-information>.
