[aisle] Caudill question

Hello,

It's been a long time since I registered for the Caudills, but this year
our middle school will be participating. We registered in mid-October and
haven't heard anything back. Is this normal? How do we gain access to the
site? I've filled out the "contact us" portion of the site twice asking
this but have not heard back.
