the link for IESA Scholastic Bowl.  There are PDF links there for "How to
Build a Program" and everything you need to know.  But, yes, your Athletic
Director needs to be the IESA contact to get you officially registered.
Down where I am in central Illinois, we coaches actually handle setting up
our own season schedules, so the AD doesn't even need to be involved with
that. My AD takes care of paying the fees and giving me the IESA password I
need each year and that's about it!   You can always reach out to the IESA
for additional information, too.
