[aisle] PERA

[Robin Jacob]

Hi all,
I hope you are all well. I have a meeting with admin this afternoon to determine my PERA for this year. Does anyone have suggestions of how you're doing this? It's been difficult in the past because of only seeing students once a week, but now they've cut back my time and I travel to classes. I just don't know how I can possibly do this. I need a fresh perspective.
