[aisle] PERA

[Karrie Fisher]

Non-tenured people in my district (that would be me) not only have
observations but we also have to do Pera.  I'm on a two-week rotation, on a
cart, but see the kids for 25 minutes everyday during that two weeks.

I'm a little overwhelmed.
