I feel like they’re not circulating for a reason. I’d lean towards removing them and replacing them with titles that are more in line with their interests that are more likely to circulate. Just a thought….

Subject: [aisle] Weeding question

Hello,

I know there are many schools of thought on this...

We will be weeding fiction based on circulation stats. There are titles that have never left our shelves. Some of these are older award winners. Do they stay because they have won an award or do we remove them as no one is reading them?

Thanks.
