[aisle] Gale db question

I had to go into the Gale Admin website (admin.galegroup.com), Preferences,
and then to Product Specific Preferences. I turned on the Display Content
Levels and Display Lexile Reading Levels for my products. Depending on the
database, there are options for things like AR and Fountas/Pinnell, too,
but I keep those off.
