[aisle] Nominate a favorite book for the 2022 Monarch Award List

There is not much time left to nominate a book to be on the 2022 Monarch
Award List. The list can only be as great as the books that are nominated
and the committee is looking for more books to consider. Please take some
time to nominate a few of your favorites before the deadline, which is
September 15th. It is also a good time to volunteer to be part of the
