[aisle] library webpages

Hi, everyone!

My library's Google Site is password-protected, so here's a screenshot of
our home page so you can see how I've optimized for hybrid and remote
learning. I'm sorry it's a bit fuzzy, but I think you can still see the
navigation across the top and the Quick Links. (My library is divided into
Acorn and Oak sections, so that's what's up with the cover photo).
