[aisle] Readers Choice Resources

[Virtual Communications AISLE]

Good evening,

All Safe YouTube links have been replaced in the Monarch Curriculum Guides
with YouTube links.

Please let me know if you find any other issues with the links provided or
the items provided in this year's resources.
