[aisle] [External Message From Outside of Central 301] Titlepeek in Destiny Discover

We're having the same issue here.  Our Titlepeek is gone and I have no
setting to check or uncheck at all.  I looked in the Help section, and it
states that Titlepeek is a subscription, which is making me wonder if my
district dropped it or something.
