*I have the answer from our Follett rep!  YAY!!*

You need to be in Destiny Back Office (formerly Destiny Classic)...
Click ADMIN tab in top blue bar ---> SITE CONFIGURATION on left side --->
SITE INFO tab on top ---> click "USE TITLEPEEK"  ---> click "SAVE"

Voila!  Cover images and Titlepeek!!
