[aisle] library webpages

Jennifer,

I just got off the phone with the state library. The program is still
running. They are sending me an email with information about the program
that I will send out once I get it. (The IT person retired as well, so
that's why the website is wrong.) If someone is wanting to sign up before
that, they can call 800-665-5576 ext. 2 to talk to someone who can help.
