[aisle] remote student book pick up

I am doing something similarly to what was mentioned before. The remote
learning schedule at the elementary schools in my district is similar to
yours, Tonya, so I do not personally pass out any books. I pack up the
books, put them in a bag with the child's name on it, and the cart is left
in the vestibule for parent pick up anytime the school is open. We decided
as a district (K-12) that we're not worrying about someone taking the wrong
books. If someone argues they never got the books, then we'll write it off.

If it's nice out, the cart is outside. I have a clearly labeled cart for
returns. I handle returns with gloves. I put them on a two sided truck,
labeled with the day of the week on each shelf, and check them in a week
later.
I've been doing this with grades 3-5 only. I haven't worked out an
efficient system for packing them up yet, but it's only been two days so
far.
