[aisle] remote learning book check out proposals?

Here's an expanded version of that answer:

   1. Open a form in Google Forms <https://forms.google.com/>.
   2. At the top of the form, click *Responses*.
   3. At the top right, click *View Responses in Sheets* (it's a little
green & white square). It will ask if you want to create a new spreadsheet
   or choose an existing one.
   4. Once you have your spreadsheet open, choose *Tools > Notification
   rules*
   5. 5. In the window that appears, select when you want to receive
   *notifications*.
   6. 6. Click *Save*.

That's it! If you want to format the spreadsheet to make the font larger
so that you can print the sheet, go ahead and do that. Or you could "get
fancy" and use the spreadsheet to populate address labels which could be
attached to your bags for delivery to patrons.

Alternatively, if you don't want a Spreadsheet, you can simply open the
*Form* and click *Responses.* Choose the *Menu* (looks like three dots
stacked) and choose *Get Notifications for New Responses*. You'll get an
email anytime someone submits the Form.

Hope this helps!
